Paul Kim is an accomplished healthcare executive and clinician with a strong focus on creating value and driving growth. With over 22 years of experience, he co-founded and served as the managing partner of a regional dental service organization, which later merged with a nationally recognized group. During this time, Paul played a pivotal role in expanding the organization’s presence across four states in the Northeast, achieving remarkable growth. Since 2017, Paul has provided invaluable advisory services to numerous healthcare multisite businesses, publicly traded health technology manufacturers, and both public and private investment groups. His expertise extends to serving on for-profit and non-profit boards, as well as actively participating in grassroots advocacy within the dental profession for over 18 years.
Driven by his passion for revolutionizing healthcare delivery on a global scale, Paul is dedicated to developing innovative approaches that set new standards for best-in-class patient care. He takes great pride in growing businesses responsibly while actively addressing healthcare disparities and fostering equity among all communities and individuals.
